Remembering Judge Ray Pianka, Arts Funding Road Map, Statehouse Update

When Cleveland became the center of the foreclosure crisis nearly a decade ago, the city found its way forward leveraging power from an unlikely source: the city's lone housing court. Behind the bench, Judge Ray Pianka became a force to be reckoned with by absentee landlords and banks alike.  We'll remember his legacy with those who knew him best.  Plus, the effort moves ahead to re-tool artist funding in Cuyahoga County.
