If officials who oversee Ohio’s public universities have their way, smoking or chewing tobacco won't be allowed on college property, indoors or outdoors. The Ohio Board of Regents has unanimously recommended that all four-year state universities and all two-year state-supported colleges go completely tobacco-free.
